Marketing analytics: understand what leads to enquiries.

Your reports should help you make decisions. We review data sources, definitions and conversion steps to separate website visits from the actions that matter to your business.

Tell us what you need so we can prepare a quote with a clear scope.

Define your metrics before building dashboards

A Google impression, a website session and a customer enquiry describe different things. We choose metrics around your goal and check their scope: property, date range, channel, page and event. Missing or incomplete data is clearly identified.

01

Tracking review

We examine available tags and events, potential duplicates and trigger conditions. An event in the website code does not by itself confirm that Analytics receives it.

02

Conversion journey

We define the stages: landing on the site, clicking, successfully submitting a form and qualifying the enquiry. Clear definitions prevent an interaction from being mistaken for a new lead.

03

Analysis and priorities

We connect pages and traffic sources with observed actions. Comparisons account for traffic volume and date ranges before we recommend an improvement or a test.

Compare reports on a consistent basis

When two reports show different numbers, we first check their dates, filters and definitions. We separate organic search from other channels. A change involving only a few visits needs more caution than a trend based on a larger volume.

Questions before you get started

Do I need both GA4 and Search Console?

Their usefulness depends on the question. Search Console reports visibility in Google Search, while GA4 describes measured interactions on your website. We keep their scopes distinct.

Does a key event represent a lead?

Only if its definition and trigger genuinely correspond to an enquiry. An event name alone does not establish the contact’s commercial value.

Can you explain a drop in traffic?

We review periods, channels, pages and known changes. We distinguish supported explanations from hypotheses that require further checks.

Let’s talk about your goal.

Share your website, your business and the issue you want to address. Together, we define the work to include in your proposal.
